Description

Nursing Contract Opportunity - Arizona, Tuba City

Position Summary

Role: Clinical Nurse
Responsibilities: Perform a variety of nursing care procedures requiring professional knowledge and consideration of specific patient conditions and treatments. Ability to work independently to complete assignments.
Guidelines: Follow physician orders, standards of care, nursing policies and procedures, and hospital policies.
Patient Care: Support individuals of all ages and their families.

Experience Requirements

Minimum 3 years of nursing experience in an acute or sub-acute facility (higher value between 2 and 3 years interpreted as 3 years).
Prior travel experience: Required.

Licenses and Certifications

Valid, current, full, and unrestricted Nursing License to practice in any U.S. state, territory, or Puerto Rico.
Must maintain current certifications throughout employment:
- Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) from the American Heart Association
- Complete Trauma Care After Resuscitation (TCAR) within six months of hire
- National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) within six months of hire

Contract Details

Contract Length: 13 weeks
Orientation: Every 2 weeks
COVID & Flu Exemptions: May be accepted after submission of declination form

Limited housing options
Shared housing units available at $600 per month (based on availability)
No family or pets allowed in housing
