Description

Radiation Oncology Therapist - Contract Position

Location: Moses Lake, Washington
Employment Type: Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Summary

Perform various radiotherapy treatments and simulations with minimal supervision. Safely administer prescribed radiation doses to patients following radiation protection principles (ALARA). Operate radiotherapy equipment and utilize imaging technologies for simulation, treatment planning, and delivery. Maintain accurate treatment records and documentation.

Shift Details

Day/Evening shifts
5 days per week, 8-hour shifts (40 hours per week)
Typical hours: 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM

Requirements

Associate’s degree in Radiation Therapy Technology
ARRT-RTT certification
Washington State Radiation Therapist Certification
Radiation Oncology certificate
Active Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Radiation Therapist Technologist (RTT)
Must adhere to facility policies and unit standards

Additional Information

Prior travel experience is not explicitly required
Must have Washington State Nurse Pool License to work at this facility
Credential submission and invoicing handled through a specific credential service (no paper timecards)
