Beds: 25
Patient Ratios: 4:1 days / 5:1 nights
Staffing: 1 CNC, 6–7 RNs, 2 Techs, 1 Unit Secretary
Equipment: Alaris Pumps, Tele-tracking, Imobile Communication, B450 Monitors, Pyxi
Documentation System: Meditech
Scheduling:
Travelers/Contract: 36 hrs/week, every other weekend
Floating Policy: Rotating to meet hospital needs
Patient Experience Requirements: Triaging acute care patients, identifying life-threatening rhythms
Qualifications:
RN with 2+ years experience
BLS and ACLS required
Neuro and cardiac experience preferred
Advanced Skills & Procedures Performed:
Glucose monitoring
Foley insertion
Dressing changes
EKGs
Peritoneal dialysis
