Registered Nurse (RN) – Operating Room (Endovascular Experience Required) Schedule: Variable day shifts Unit Type: Surgery / Operating Room Operating Rooms: 17 Requirements Experience: Must have Endovascular OR experience Certifications: BLS required License: Active Tennessee RN license (no pending licenses accepted) Documentation System: Meditech Equipment Used: Electrosurgical systems, Neptune suction, patient positioning devices, Synaptive Medical Modus V robotic digital microscope (only system in Tennessee) Hospital Accreditations: Advanced surgical and cardiovascular facility Preferred Skills & Experience Circulating experience in orthopedic and spine surgical procedures Neurosurgical and general/robotic surgical experience preferred, not required Strong critical thinking and customer service skills Procedures Performed Total joint replacements Spine fusions Neurosurgical procedures (including craniotomies) Robotic and general surgeries Urology procedures Cardiovascular surgeries, including open-heart and endovascular cases Floating Policy: Not applicable Staffing Support: Surgery Board Runner present/wk

Registered Nurse – OR / Endovascular Surgery
Unit Name: Surgery

Requirements:
Must have an active TN RN License or Compact RN License in good standing
Minimum 2 years of OR experience
Certifications Required: BLS, CST National certificate

Must Have: Critical thinking and strong customer service skills

Requested Skill Set / Advanced Skills Needed:
Previous experience circulating in orthopedic and spine surgical procedures
Neurosurgical and general/robotic experience preferred but not required

Procedures Performed on Unit:
Total joints
Spine fusions
Neurosurgical procedures, including craniotomies
Robotic procedures
General surgical procedures
Urology procedures
Cardiovascular procedures, including open heart

Unit Specifics:
Number of Beds: 17 Operating Rooms
Patient Ratios: N/A
Unit Staffing: Surgery Board Runner
Equipment: Electrosurgical devices, Neptune suction, patient positioning devices, and related OR equipment
Documentation System: Meditech

Scheduling Requirements: 7a–3p or 7a–5p
