Description

2 yrs. of experience required / Provides nursing care to the patient in the patient’s place of residence as prescribed by the physician and in compliance with applicable laws, regulations and policies of the agency. Keeps the Case Manager RN informed about patient progress, recommended actions and physician orders, and plans for the next visits. Individuals assigned to this classification are expected to apply full working knowledge of standards of nursing principles, practices, and to demonstrate problem-solving skills and make independent decisions in complex and diversified work situations under general supervision./ Current BLS certification; valid Washington driver's license; proof of insurance on automobile used for work; reliable automobile transportation to travel to patient residences; driving record in compliance with OMC standards currently in effect
