Description

2 yrs. of experience required / Provides nursing care to the patient in the patient’s place of residence. Coverage for Port Angeles and Sequim. SHIFT: Day Shift, Weekends/Holidays. Minimum of one year recent experience in home health, acute or long-term care. Current Washington State Registered Nurse license. Current BLS certification; valid Washington driver's license; proof of insurance on automobile used for work; reliable automobile transportation to travel to patient residences; driving record in compliance with OMC standards currently in effect or as may be amended. See HR Policy 3.12 Driving for OMC Business; must have a cell phone with activated voicemail (portion of cost reimbursed by OMHH); must have computer internet connectivity (OMHH work laptop provided).
