Completes accurate, timely intraoperative documentation.

Participates in quality improvement, audits, and evidence-based practice initiatives.

Prepares and manages surgical instruments, equipment, and resources efficiently.

Supports team development by mentoring/precepting staff and contributing to a positive work environment.

Complies with all organisational policies, professional standards, and regulatory requirements.
