Tripod Partners is seeking experienced Emergency Department Registered Nurses (ED RNs) to deliver high-quality, compassionate care in a fast-paced clinical environment. The ED RN will assess, prioritise, and manage patients presenting with urgent and emergent conditions, working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to ensure safe and effective care.

The role requires strong clinical judgement, excellent communication skills, and the ability to respond სწრაფly to changing patient conditions while maintaining a patient- and family-centred approach.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform triage assessments and prioritise care in line with ESI standards, ensuring timely and appropriate patient management.
- Conduct comprehensive primary and secondary assessments, identifying clinical risks and initiating appropriate interventions.
- Deliver safe and effective care across a wide range of emergency presentations, including life-threatening conditions.
- Communicate clearly with patients, families, and colleagues, providing updates and emotional support throughout the patient journey.
- Work collaboratively with the wider healthcare team to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
- Prepare patients for investigations and treatments, and provide clear discharge planning and education.
- Recognise and respond to safeguarding concerns, including domestic violence or abuse.
- Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to infection prevention and patient safety standards.
