Tripod Partners is seeking an experienced Operating Room Registered Nurse for a high-acuity Level 1 Trauma Center. The OR supports a broad range of specialties including orthopedics, general surgery, plastics and reconstructive, urology, cardiac, neuro, vascular, ophthalmic, GYN, ENT, thoracic, oral-maxillofacial, and trauma. The unit also utilizes two Da Vinci robotic systems across multiple services and performs advanced transplant procedures including liver, kidney, and heart cases.

Candidates must hold an active New York State RN license and have at least two years of operating room experience, preferably in a Level 1 trauma setting. The role requires the ability to both scrub and circulate independently, along with telemetry experience. BLS certification through the American Heart Association is required, and ACLS is preferred. Strong experience in orthopedics, craniotomy, and specialty cases such as transplants or reconstructive surgery is highly desirable.

This position follows a rotating day, evening, and night schedule and includes on-call and callback responsibilities, as well as weekend, holiday, and floating requirements based on unit needs.
