Description

Physical Therapist – Home Health (Day Shift)
Service Area: Chico / Oroville (Primarily Butte County; also serving Yuba & Sutter Counties)
Schedule: Monday – Friday
Compensation: Competitive bill rate + mileage reimbursement

We are seeking a Physical Therapist to provide home health services across Butte, Yuba, and Sutter counties, with an immediate need in Butte County. In this role, you will deliver patient care in the home, develop care plans, collaborate with the care team, and maintain timely documentation.

Candidates must have an active California PT license. A DPT is required if obtained after 2016, along with BLS certification. One year of home health experience is preferred, but training is available for strong candidates. Applicants must be 21+ with a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

This is a weekday, day-shift role offering mileage reimbursement, a supportive team environment, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in patients’ homes.

Tripod Partners USA Job ID #141. Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
