Description

Tripod Partners is seeking an experienced Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) for a day shift opportunity in an acute hospital setting in California. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in acute care, with experience navigating Medi-Cal and Medicare processes in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Candidates must have a minimum of one year of recent acute care experience, with two years preferred. An active California LCSW license is required. Experience working with Cerner is strongly preferred.

This role is ideal for a compassionate and organized professional who is comfortable collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, supporting patient care coordination, discharge planning, and ensuring continuity of care throughout the patient journey.

Tripod Partners USA Job ID #175. Pay package is based on 10 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
