Tripod Partners is seeking a compassionate and skilled Emergency Department Registered Nurse (ED RN) to deliver high-quality care to patients and families in a fast-paced emergency setting. The ED RN applies nursing knowledge, technical expertise, and strong communication skills to assess patient needs, prioritize care, and implement appropriate interventions for both routine and life-threatening situations.

The ED RN conducts comprehensive assessments, utilizing patient interviews, EMS reports, and clinical data to guide care. This role emphasizes relationship-based practice, addressing the physiological, psychosocial, emotional, and cultural needs of patients of all age groups while providing comfort, education, and support to families. The nurse continuously reassesses patient progress, responds to changes in condition, and ensures patient safety throughout the emergency care experience.

Collaboration with the healthcare team is essential, promoting trust, respect, and cooperation to achieve optimal patient outcomes. The ED RN also prepares patients and families for procedures, provides post-emergency care education, and supports recovery at home. Proficiency in invasive and non-invasive procedures, treatments, and emergency interventions is required, along with adherence to infection prevention and safety standards.
