Description
Tripod Partners, a leading healthcare staffing agency, is seeking a dedicated and skilled ICU Registered Nurse (RN) to join our client’s dynamic critical care team. This is an excellent opportunity for nurses passionate about providing high-quality care in an intensive care setting.
Position Requirements:
License:
Minimum: Currently licensed by the State of New York as a Registered Professional Nurse (RN).
Certifications:
Minimum: BLS, ACLS, PALS required through the RQI system during clinical orientation.
Basic Coronary Care within 6 months of hire.
CPI certification within 90 days of hire.
Preferred: Certification by the Emergency Nurses Association (ENA) recommended within 2 years of hire.
TNCC recommended within 2 years of hire.
Skills & Competencies:
Minimum: Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Professional, courteous approach when interacting with patients, families, and colleagues.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
Ability to enhance teamwork through effective role modeling.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and computer literacy skills.
Preferred: Experience with Microsoft Office products and electronic medical records (EMR).
Customer Focus:
Demonstrates behaviors aligned with Healing Environment principles: professionalism, effective communication, and attentiveness to patient surroundings.
Promotes safety, dignity, respect, and well-being, fostering healthy relationships within the care team and with patients.
Patient Care Expertise:
Provides care appropriate to the age of patients served, including pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric populations.
Demonstrates knowledge of the principles of growth and development across the lifespan.
Able to assess patient data accurately, interpret results, and implement care plans tailored to each patient’s age-specific needs.

Tripod Partners USA Job ID #3. Pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 48 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
