Description

We’re seeking a compassionate and experienced Travel Registered Nurse (RN) to join a well-established Long-Term Care (LTC) facility in Yankton, SD. This is a great opportunity for RNs who enjoy making a meaningful impact while exploring a welcoming Midwest community.

Position Details

Specialty: Long-Term Care / Skilled Nursing

Location: Yankton, South Dakota

Assignment Type: Travel Contract

Shift: Day / Night / Rotating (based on facility needs)

Contract Length: Typically 8–13 weeks, with potential extensions

Responsibilities

Provide high-quality nursing care to long-term care residents

Administer medications and treatments per physician orders

Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions

Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams

Ensure compliance with facility policies and state regulations

Support residents and families with compassionate, patient-centered care

Requirements

Active RN license (South Dakota or compact/multistate license)

Minimum 1 year of recent Long-Term Care or Skilled Nursing experience

BLS certification (AHA preferred)

Strong clinical, communication, and time-management skills

Ability to adapt quickly in a travel assignment setting

Tripod Partners USA Job ID #47. Pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
