Position Overview:
NorTek Medical Staffing is seeking a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist to join an outpatient orthopedic team in Fayetteville, GA. You will evaluate and treat patients, create individualized treatment plans, and work closely with a multidisciplinary team to help patients achieve their functional goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct patient assessments and develop personalized treatment plans.
Provide manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and functional training.
Document progress and adjust treatment plans based on feedback.
Educate patients and families on home exercises and injury prevention.
Collaborate with support staff and referring providers for integrated care.
Qualifications:
Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
Georgia PT license or eligibility to obtain.
CPR/BLS certification.
1-2 years of outpatient experience preferred (new grads welcome).
Experience with manual therapy and sports rehab is a plus.
