Position Overview
NorTek Medical Staffing is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist (PT) to join a well-established outpatient physical therapy clinic in Belfair, Washington. This full-time, permanent position offers the opportunity to deliver high-quality, one-on-one patient care in a supportive, team-oriented environment. The ideal candidate will have outpatient experience, strong clinical judgment, and an interest in leveraging hybrid care technology to enhance patient outcomes while maintaining excellent work–life balance.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver 1-on-1, 45-minute outpatient physical therapy sessions both in person and through secure hybrid platforms
Evaluate patients and develop comprehensive, individualized plans of care
Treat a diverse caseload including orthopedic, neurological, and post-surgical patients
Supervise and collaborate with Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) as applicable
Utilize AI-powered documentation and workflow tools to ensure accurate, timely charting
Educate, motivate, and empower patients throughout their rehabilitation journey
Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary team members, support staff, and clinic leadership
Participate in clinic growth initiatives, quality improvement efforts, and professional development opportunities as desired
Required Qualifications
Licensure: Active, unrestricted Washington State Physical Therapist License (required)
Education: Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree
Certification:
CPR Certification (required)
Experience:
Outpatient clinical experience preferred
Experience treating orthopedic and post-surgical patients in an outpatient setting
Other Requirements:
Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills
Comfort working in a fast-paced outpatient clinic environment
Interest in hybrid care models and technology-enabled patient engagement
Commitment to patient-centered, evidence-based care
Work Schedule
Full-time outpatient schedule
Flexible scheduling options available to support work–life balance
Compensation & Benefits
Salary Range: $100,000 – $120,000 per year, depending on experience
Monthly performance bonus
