Position Overview
NorTek Medical Staffing is partnering with Gameday Men’s Health – Colorado Springs to recruit an experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) for a full-time clinical leadership opportunity. This role offers a unique blend of hands-on patient care and clinic leadership, with the option for part-time clinical work for the right candidate.
Designed for clinicians seeking predictable hours, autonomy, and meaningful patient relationships, this position eliminates the burnout associated with traditional volume-driven healthcare models. Full-time providers may assume Clinical Director responsibilities, helping lead clinical operations and develop a high-performing care team.
Key Responsibilities
Clinical Care
Provide patient-centered care focused on men’s health and longevity medicine
Develop customized treatment plans and educate patients on therapeutic options
Deliver and oversee care across services including:
Testosterone Optimization (pellets, injections, oral, topical, sublingual)
Sexual Health treatments (GAINSWave, PRP/P-Shot, PDE-5s, Trimix)
Medical Weight Loss (GLP-1 therapies and lifestyle optimization)
Hair Restoration (oral, topical, PRP)
Peptide therapies
Vitamin and wellness injections
Maintain compliance with all clinical, regulatory, and documentation standards
Clinical Director Responsibilities (Full-Time Only)
Provide clinical leadership and oversight for Medical Assistants
Partner with ownership to maintain clinical quality, patient experience, and operational standards
Support clinic growth, team development, and process improvement initiatives
Required Qualifications
Licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (Colorado or ability to obtain)
Minimum 2 years of NP/PA clinical experience
Active DEA and controlled substance registration
No current or pending malpractice actions
Strong communication skills and comfort discussing treatment options and costs
Preferred Experience
Prior experience in men’s health, hormone replacement therapy (HRT), urology, endocrinology, or primary care
Interest in leadership, clinic growth, and patient relationship development
Work Schedule
Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
No nights, no weekends, no on-call
Full-time leadership role (part-time clinical option available)
Compensation & Benefits
$65–$90 per hour, based on experience
