Description

Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join the team in a full-time, on-site role in Fort Lauderdale, FL. In this position, you will evaluate patients, design and implement personalized treatment plans, and help improve mobility, reduce pain, and enhance overall quality of life.

You will work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary healthcare team, contribute to both one-on-one therapy sessions and group wellness initiatives, and play an active role in patient education and outcomes tracking.

Key Responsibilities

Evaluate patients and develop customized, goal-oriented treatment plans

Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, strength, balance, and functional independence

Treat patients with neurological and orthopedic conditions across varying levels of complexity

Collaborate with physical, occupational, and speech therapists, as well as fitness and wellness professionals

Participate in group fitness and wellness programs when appropriate

Educate patients and families on treatment plans, progress, and home exercise programs

Monitor patient outcomes and adjust plans of care as needed

Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in accordance with practice standards

Uphold a compassionate, patient-focused approach in all interactions

Qualifications

Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program

Active and unrestricted Florida Physical Therapist license

Strong foundation in rehabilitation, therapeutic exercise, and patient-centered care

Experience treating neurological and orthopedic conditions

Familiarity with delivering care in diverse settings

Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills

Commitment to high-quality outcomes and continuous improvement

Experience with fitness, wellness, or group exercise programs for adults and seniors is a plus
