NorTek Medical Staffing is partnering with a growing outpatient medical practice to recruit a compassionate and motivated Physician Assistant (PA) for a full-time, on-site position in Ardmore, Oklahoma. This is an excellent opportunity for both experienced PAs and new graduates, offering hands-on training, professional growth, and a collaborative clinical environment.
Position Overview
The Physician Assistant will provide patient-centered care in a medical office setting, performing comprehensive evaluations, developing treatment plans, and collaborating closely with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams to improve patient outcomes.
Responsibilities
Perform comprehensive patient assessments and physical examinations
Develop and implement individualized treatment and care plans
Educate patients and families on prevention, treatment options, and ongoing care
Order and interpret diagnostic tests and imaging studies
Document patient encounters accurately using appropriate medical terminology
Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff to ensure continuity of care
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient services
Qualifications
Active Physician Assistant license in the state of practice
Strong understanding of patient care strategies and health coaching principles
Familiarity with diagnostic imaging and clinical terminology
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team environment
