Position Overview
A well-established reproductive health and fertility practice is seeking a dedicated Nurse to join its clinic-based team in Sandy, Utah. With over 25 years of experience helping individuals and couples navigate infertility challenges, the organization delivers compassionate, patient-centered care using advanced reproductive technologies such as IVF, IUI, fertility medications, and embryology services.
This role is ideal for a clinically strong, empathetic nurse who is passionate about women’s health and fertility care and thrives in a collaborative outpatient environment.
Key Responsibilities
Clinical Care & Patient Support
Provide direct patient care in a reproductive health and fertility clinic setting
Administer medications and injections as prescribed
Monitor patient conditions and report changes to the medical team
Assist physicians and advanced practice providers during exams and procedures, including IVF and IUI
Patient Education & Engagement
Educate patients on treatment plans, procedures, medications, and follow-up care
Offer emotional support and guidance throughout fertility treatment journeys
Ensure patients understand care plans and next steps
Collaboration & Documentation
Collaborate closely with physicians, embryologists, and multidisciplinary care teams
Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential medical records
Ensure compliance with safety, infection control, and privacy standards
Required Qualifications
Active Utah nursing license (RN or LPN, based on clinic needs)
Graduation from an accredited nursing program (Bachelor’s Degree preferred)
Strong clinical skills in patient care and medication administration
Excellent communication and patient education skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced outpatient clinical environment
Commitment to patient confidentiality and ethical care
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in women’s health, OB/GYN, fertility, or reproductive medicine
Prior outpatient clinic or ambulatory care experience
IV therapy or injection experience
Familiarity with EMR systems
Bilingual skills (Spanish preferred, not required)
