Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to serve as a Clinical Supervisor delivering high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services in an underserved community. This role combines clinical leadership, staff mentorship, and hands-on oversight of treatment programs to ensure meaningful outcomes for clients and families.
You will be supported by a strong administrative team, allowing you to focus on clinical excellence, ethical practice, and professional development of staff.
Key Responsibilities
Clinical Leadership & Supervision
Supervise and mentor behavior technicians and clinical staff
Provide oversight to ensure ethical, high-quality ABA service delivery
Support staff through training, feedback, and professional development
Client Care & Treatment Planning
Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
Implement and oversee Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
Monitor client progress using data-driven methods
Adjust programming based on measurable outcomes
Collaboration & Family Support
Provide caregiver training and coaching on behavioral strategies
Collaborate with interdisciplinary professionals to enhance care
Build strong, supportive relationships with families
Compliance & Documentation
Maintain accurate clinical documentation in accordance with HIPAA standards
Ensure services meet organizational, state, and professional guidelines
Required Qualifications
Active BCBA certification in good standing
Eligible for or holding Michigan LBA licensure
Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities
Strong knowledge of ABA principles and ethical practice
Experience supervising clinical staff or behavior technicians
Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills
Reliable transportation for occasional in-home visits
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting individuals with autism or traumatic brain injury
Background in caregiver coaching and family-centered services
Comfort working in community and home-based environments
