Description

Position Overview

Client is a pediatric therapy practice dedicated to nurturing children’s development and well-being. The multidisciplinary team embraces neurodiversity and provides individualized, child-centered care to help each child reach their full potential.

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to join the Wenatchee, Washington team. This is a full-time, on-site role focused on assessing, diagnosing, and treating speech, language, and communication disorders in pediatric clients. The Speech-Language Pathologist will develop individualized therapy plans, collaborate closely with families and multidisciplinary team members, monitor progress, and maintain accurate documentation to support each child’s growth and success.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive assessments of pediatric clients’ speech, language, and communication abilities. Develop and implement individualized therapy plans. Track and document progress accurately. Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary team members to provide holistic, child-centered care. Maintain compliance with professional and organizational standards.

Qualifications

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology. Valid Washington State licensure. ASHA CCC preferred but not required. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Genuine passion for supporting children and families.
