A small, clinician-centered outpatient psychiatric practice is seeking a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner to join their team. This practice emphasizes thoughtful, sustainable patient care, clinician autonomy, and a supportive work environment without rigid productivity quotas.
Key Responsibilities
Provide psychiatric evaluations, diagnosis, and medication management
Deliver care via in-office visits and telehealth services
Collaborate with supervising psychiatrist and clinical team
Maintain clinical documentation and treatment plans
Support quality patient experience and continuity of care
Required Qualifications
Licensed PMHNP (or ability to obtain NC license)
Graduate of accredited NP program
Interest in outpatient psychiatry
New graduates encouraged to apply
