Role Overview – Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
This position is for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst serving as a Clinical Supervisor in a primarily center-based setting in Ludington, Michigan. The BCBA is responsible for delivering and overseeing high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services while ensuring clients receive ethical, data-driven, and compassionate care.
What the BCBA Does (Core Duties)
Provides clinical supervision and leadership using ABA principles (assess → plan → implement → evaluate).
Develops and implements individualized behavior treatment plans.
Monitors client progress through data collection and measurable outcomes.
Provides mentorship and oversight to clinical staff.
Documents services and maintains compliance with HIPAA standards.
Collaborates with interdisciplinary teams to optimize treatment outcomes.
Supports clients and families through education and communication.
Maintains ethical standards and regulatory compliance.
Who They’re Looking For
Must hold active BCBA certification in good standing.
Experience in supervisory or clinical leadership preferred.
Background working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities.
Strong clinical judgment and knowledge of ABA methodology.
Compassionate, organized, and team-oriented.
Work Environment
Primarily center-based setting
Occasional in-home services
Team-based clinical model with strong administrative support
Schedule & Pay
Salary range: $60,000 – $100,000 annually
Monday – Friday, daytime hours
