Description

Position Overview

NorTek Medical Staffing is seeking an experienced and patient-focused Nurse Practitioner for a full-time, on-site opportunity in North Carolina. This role offers the opportunity to work collaboratively with physicians and clinical staff to deliver comprehensive dermatologic care to patients across the lifespan.

Key Responsibilities

Perform comprehensive patient assessments and detailed dermatologic evaluations

Diagnose and manage a wide range of skin conditions in pediatric and adult patients

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on best practices

Perform dermatologic procedures in accordance with established clinical guidelines

Educate patients on skin health, treatment options, and preventive care strategies

Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant documentation within EMR systems

Collaborate effectively with physicians and interdisciplinary team members

Stay current on emerging dermatologic treatments, technologies, and clinical advancements

Qualifications

Required

Active Nurse Practitioner licensure and certification in North Carolina

Minimum of 2 years of dermatology experience required

Demonstrated expertise in diagnosing and treating diverse dermatologic conditions

Experience performing dermatologic procedures

Strong communication and patient education skills

Proven ability to work collaboratively in a clinical team setting

Commitment to ongoing professional growth and continuing education

Preferred

Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) systems

Bilingual proficiency is a plus
