Description

Position Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Mammography Technologist to join a leading healthcare provider focused on early breast cancer detection. This role is responsible for performing high-quality screening and diagnostic mammograms while ensuring patient comfort, safety, and compliance with imaging standards.

Key Responsibilities

Perform screening and diagnostic mammography procedures

Operate advanced 2D/3D mammography imaging equipment

Follow radiation safety standards and clinical protocols

Educate and support patients throughout procedures

Maintain accurate documentation and image quality

Collaborate with radiologists and clinical staff

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree

ARRT Certification with Mammography specialization (Required)

Strong knowledge of radiation safety and imaging procedures

Proficiency in radiologic technology and mammography techniques

Excellent communication, organization, and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

Prior mammography experience

Experience in a clinical or outpatient imaging environment

Strong patient-care mindset and teamwork skills
