Position Overview

Seeking an autonomous Nurse Practitioner to manage a dedicated wound care patient panel. This role allows providers to practice independently while supported by physicians and interdisciplinary teams. Ideal for clinicians who prefer field-based care and procedural work.

Core Responsibilities

Conduct wound assessments and ongoing care management

Diagnose and treat chronic/complex wounds

Develop individualized treatment plans

Perform bedside procedures

Collaborate with physicians and care teams

Educate patients, families, and facility staff

Maintain accurate documentation

Required Qualifications

Licensed Nurse Practitioner — Illinois

Strong clinical judgment & independence

Comfortable performing procedures

Ability to manage complex cases

Preferred:

Wound care experience
