Dual-Level Care: Manage a mix of PCU (Intermediate Care), Telemetry, and General Med-Surg patients.

Floating: Flexibility is key; you may be asked to support other units based on facility needs.

Ratio: Local data indicates a typically observed ratio of 1:5 on the Med-Surg/PCU unit.

📋 Requirements:

Experience: Minimum 2 years in Med-Surg/PCU/Tele specialty.

Active License: Vermont RN License (Vermont is a Compact/NLC state).

Certifications: ACLS and BLS/BCLS (American Heart Association preferred).

Skills: Strong cardiac monitoring (Tele) and independent critical thinking skills.
