🛠️ Niche Software Expertise: Requires existing knowledge of Rehab Optima (Net Health).

🩺 Role Highlights:

Provide Speech-Language Pathology services in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting.

Conduct evaluations, develop care plans, and provide therapy for dysphagia, cognition, and communication.

Manage high-volume documentation using Rehab Optima (Net Health).

Collaborate with an interdisciplinary rehab team (PT/OT) to hit patient discharge goals.

📋 Requirements:

Experience: Minimum 2 years of SNF experience is required.

Tech: Must have prior knowledge of Rehab Optima (Net Health).

Active License: California SLP license must be active and in hand.

Commitment: 13-week contract starting mid-February.
