Critical Thinking: Utilize the nursing process to plan interventions for complex, deteriorating, or stabilizing patients.
📋 Requirements:
Experience: Minimum 2 years of ICU experience required.
Active RN License: Nebraska is a Compact (NLC) state.
Certifications (Required): BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NIH Stroke Scale.
Flexibility: Willingness to work "varied" shifts (Day/Night rotation).
