Looking for an island escape with a meaningful clinical impact? We are seeking a versatile and highly skilled OB Registered Nurse to join our 5-bed unit in beautiful Waimea. This is an all-encompassing role perfect for a "Swiss Army Knife" nurse who thrives in a tight-knit, multi-specialty environment.

📋 Position Details:

Schedule: 80 hours every 2 weeks (Strict requirement).

Shift: Must be flexible for any shift (Nights preferred).

Contract: 13 Weeks.

Start Date: Firm start on Monday, February 23, 2026, at 7:00 AM.

🩺 Requirements (No Exceptions):

Experience: 2+ years of recent L&D and Couplet Care experience.

Full-Spectrum Skills: Must be proficient in Antepartum, Intrapartum, Postpartum, and Nursery (including high-risk cases like PIH, Abruptions, and VBAC).

Technical Skills: Neonatal & Adult IV starts, APGAR scoring, resuscitation, and titration of Pitocin, Mag, and Insulin.

Tech: Comfortable with Paper Charting and equipment including Avalon Fetal Monitoring and Pyxis.

Certs: BLS, ACLS, NRP, STABLE, and Fetal Monitoring Certification.

🌟 Ideal Candidate: You are a proactive, adaptable RN who isn't afraid to "go back to basics" with paper charting and is willing to float if the census is low. You must be able to hit the ground running in a Critical Access environment.
