Are you a high-acuity nurse who thrives in a versatile, small-unit environment? We are looking for a dedicated ICU/CCU RN to join our team on the Garden Isle. This role is perfect for a clinician who enjoys the challenge of a 1:2 ratio and is willing to support the hospital across multiple departments.

🏥 Diverse Clinical Exposure: Manage a 4-bed unit covering surgical, respiratory, and cardiac patients across all age groups.

🤝 Strong Support: We prioritize safety—if you have two patients and one is on a vent, a second nurse is called in.

🛠️ Orientation Provided: Comprehensive HR and unit-based orientation (including both day and night shifts) to ensure you are fully prepared.

📋 Position Details:

Schedule: Strict 80 hours every 2 weeks. No exceptions.

Shift: Must be open to working any shift (days or nights).

Patient Ratio: 1:2 (Acuity-based).

Contract: 13 Weeks.

Start Date: ASAP

🩺 Requirements & Responsibilities:

Critical Care Expertise: Coordinate and provide care for pediatric through geriatric populations in the ICU/CCU.

After-Hours Coverage: Must be able to handle After-Hour PACU recovery.

Flexibility: Willingness to float to OB, Med/Surg, PACU, and ER to assist based on your competency level.

Experience: ER experience is highly recommended.

Credentials: Active RN License, BLS, ACLS, and PALS (preferred for peds population).
