Description

Position: - RN - Infection Prevention Coordinator
Location: - Washington, DC
Contract Role: - 20 Weeks
Job Title: Note: Must live 50 miles away
Pay Rate: - $72.00/Hourly

Summary Assists in the implementation, management, and improvement of the hospital's Infection Control Program by collecting, reporting, and analyzing data; identifying and addressing opportunities for improvement; coordinating activities and supporting the development and implementation of medical staff and hospital infection control performance improvement initiatives. Assists in achieving compliance with regulatory and accrediting agency standards.
Requirements

Bachelor's degree related to Healthcare required
RN license required
Certification in Infection Control (CIC) required
2 years experience required

Skills

Effective Communication Skills, verbal and written
Effective interpersonal skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality
