Role Overview
We are seeking an adaptable and experienced Emergency Room RN to join our team in Waimea. This position is ideal for a seasoned traveler who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable "floating" to provide support where it is needed most. Due to the urgent nature of this opening, candidates must be available to begin on the specific target start date without exception.

Key Responsibilities
Emergency Care: Provide rapid assessment and life-saving interventions for patients with a wide range of acute illnesses and injuries.

Versatility (Floating): Flexibility to float to the ICU or Long Term Care (LTC) departments as census and facility needs dictate.

Variable Scheduling: Commit to a variable schedule consisting of 12-hour shifts (0700–1900 or 1900–0700) and one 8-hour shift per pay period to meet the 80-hour requirement.

Critical Thinking: Manage high-stress situations with calm, clinical precision and prioritize patient safety across different care settings.

Qualifications & Requirements
Experience: Minimum of two (2) years of dedicated Emergency Department experience is mandatory.

Licensure: Active Hawaii RN license.

Certifications: Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS (Standard for ER Travel).

Adaptability: Proven ability to float between ER, ICU, and LTC settings.

Availability: Must be able to attend orientation at 0700 on the specified Monday start date. No late starts or alternate dates will be considered.

Assignment Details
Total Hours: 80 hours every two weeks.

Shift Breakdown: A mix of 12-hour AM/PM shifts plus 8-hour D, E, or N shifts.

Weekly Gross: Competitive travel pay (est. $2,994/week based on provided data).
