📋 Position Details:
Specialty: Emergency Department (ED) RN

Location: Grapevine, TX

Schedule: 36 hours per week | Rotating Shifts (Weekends & Holidays required).

Contract: 13 Weeks.

Start Date: ASAP.

🩺 Key Essential Functions:
Emergency Mastery: Provide, plan, and evaluate total nursing care in the ED under limited supervision.

High-Acuity Interventions: Administer medications and IV solutions skillfully; carry out STAT orders and physician instructions accurately.

Cross-Departmental Support: Provide assistance to Med-Surg and other facility departments as needed for continuity of care.

Clinical Judgment: Prioritize workloads and remain resourceful and calm during life-threatening emergencies.

Documentation: Maintain accurate and timely clinical records in a fast-paced environment.

🩺 Requirements:
Licensure: Active Iowa RN License (or Multi-State/Compact License).

Certifications: * Healthcare Provider BLS (AHA).

ACLS, PALS, and TNCC are mandatory.

Mandatory Abuse Reporter Certification.

Experience: 2+ years of recent Emergency Room experience in a hospital setting.

Soft Skills: High standard of courtesy, cooperation, and the ability to perform under high stress.
