Experience the magic of the Big Island\! Join our 50-bed medical unit in Hilo for a 13-week adventure. This role is perfect for a flexible, high-performing RN who thrives in a dynamic environment and is ready to provide top-tier care in a tropical paradise.

✨ **Assignment Highlights:**

- **Schedule:** 36 hours/week (Day or Night TBD); must be flexible with shift lengths and days.
- **Patient Ratio:** Excellent **1:5 ratio** on the medical unit.
- **Floating:** Opportunity to support Surgical Peds or Transitional Care units.
- **Uniform:** Professional **Red Scrubs**.

📋 **Highlighted Requirements:**

- **Experience:** 2+ years of recent Med-Surg or higher level of care experience.
- **Licensure:** Must have **Hawaii RN License** by start date (must apply immediately upon offer acceptance).
- **Certs:** BLS required; ACLS is preferred.
- **Flexibility:** No holiday RTO requests; must be open to variable scheduling (no shift guarantees).
- **Technical:** Proficiency with **Meditech EMR**, Pyxis, and wound vacs.
