**🩺 Highlighted Requirements:**

- **Experience:** Minimum **3 years of mandatory ER experience** is required (Recent traveler experience highly preferred).
- **Licensure:** Active **Oklahoma State RN License** or Multi-State Compact License.
- **Certs:** Current **AHA BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NIHSS** are mandatory (TNCC is highly preferred).
- **Professional Profile:** Must provide a current Skills Checklist (within 1 year) and 2 supervisory reference forms from the last two years.
- **Mindset:** Proactive, resilient, and capable of managing high-acuity triage and stabilization.
- **Onboarding:** All credentials must be finalized and uploaded 5 business days prior to start.
