Travel ER Registered Nurse (RN) | Day/Mid Shift
Location: Great Falls, MT
Start Date: March 16, 2026
Duration: 13-Week Contract
Weekly Gross: $2,700 (based on 36 hours)
Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced and adaptable Emergency Room RN for a 13-week assignment in Great Falls, MT, specifically for Day/Mid shifts. This role is ideal for a proactive clinician who can manage high-volume patient flow with minimal supervision. You will be responsible for rapid assessment, triage, and life-saving interventions in a collaborative, fast-paced emergency care environment.
Key Responsibilities
Dynamic Triage: Perform safe and accurate triage, prioritizing patients based on physical and psychosocial needs to optimize department flow.
Clinical Oversight: Monitor patient status, interpret diagnostic results, and communicate critical changes to ER Physicians and Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) immediately.
Rapid Response: Exhibit quick and precise decision-making in response to changing patient conditions or treatment reactions.
Team Leadership: Provide guidance and direction to ED technicians, registration staff, and allied health professionals.
Direct Care: Deliver comprehensive patient care while coordinating with families and the interdisciplinary medical team.
Qualifications & Requirements
Licensure: Active Registered Nurse (RN) License.
Certifications: All of the following are mandatory:
BLS (Basic Life Support)
ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support)
TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course)
ENPC (Emergency Nursing Pediatric Course)
Experience: Strong background in Emergency Services with the ability to function independently in a high-pressure environment.
Compensation & Contract Details
Shift: Day/Mid Shift (12-hour shifts).
Weekly Pay: $2,700 estimated weekly gross.
Hours: 36 hours per week.
Environment: Work under the direction of the ED Leader and Chief Nursing Officer in a facility that values initiative and professional flexibility.
