Travel Occupational Therapist (OT) | Lebanon, OR | $2,520/week
Location: Lebanon, Oregon
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: 13 Weeks
Schedule: 40 hours per week | Days (08:00 – 16:30) | Occasional Weekends
Weekly Gross Pay: $2,520.00 ($1,280.00 Taxable + $1,240.00 Non-Taxable Stipends)
Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and highly professional Occupational Therapist (OT) for a 13-week travel assignment in Lebanon, OR. Join a collaborative rehabilitation team that evaluates and treats patients with injuries or conditions impacting self-care, physical mobility, and functional independence. This role provides an opportunity to follow patients from initial evaluation through discharge, delivering specialized care across a wide range of therapeutic disciplines.
Non-Negotiable Required Qualifications:
Please note: Candidates who do not meet 100% of the following criteria will not be considered for this role.
Licensure: Must hold and maintain a currently active, unencumbered Oregon (OR) Occupational Therapist license.
Certification: Current Healthcare Provider BLS (BLS/BCLS) certification is strictly required.
Experience: Minimum of one (1) year of recent clinical experience as an Occupational Therapist.
EMR Proficiency: Verifiable proficiency with the EPIC EMR system.
Traveler Status: Candidate must be a non-local traveler (typically residing more than 50 miles from the facility).
Key Responsibilities:
Comprehensive Evaluations: Evaluate and treat patients with injuries or conditions causing declines in self-care, physical mobility, or functional independence.
Specialized Therapy: Provide specialized interventions including hand therapy, upper extremity splinting, and wheelchair assessments.
Rehabilitative Care: Implement home safety assessments, cognitive therapy, neurological therapy, and oncology rehab protocols.
Patient Lifecycle Mastery: Manage the full patient journey from initial evaluation through to successful discharge.
Collaborative Practice: Engage in active collaboration with multidisciplinary healthcare team members and adhere to therapist-driven treatment times.
Important Assignment Notes:
Shift Structure: This role operates on a 40-hour weekly schedule (Days: 08:00 – 16:30) with a requirement for occasional weekend coverage.
Holiday Coverage: Mandatory holiday coverage is required as per the facility schedule.
Scope of Work: While this description indicates the general nature of the work, the clinician must be adaptable to additional duties as requested by clinical leadership to meet patient care needs.
