Schedule: 40 hours per week | M-F (08:00 – 17:00) | Possibility of 4x10s
Weekly Gross Pay: $2,760.00 ($1,520.00 Taxable + $1,240.00 Non-Taxable Stipends)

Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly professional and skilled Physical Therapist for a 13-week travel assignment in the scenic San Luis Valley of Colorado. Working at a fully accredited 49-bed regional medical center, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive care to individuals with neuromuscular, skeletal, integumentary, pulmonary, and cardiovascular disorders. This role is ideal for a clinician who enjoys a patient-centered medical home environment and high-quality outdoor living.

Non-Negotiable Required Qualifications:
Please note: Candidates who do not meet 100% of the following criteria will not be considered for this role.
Licensure: Must hold and maintain a currently active Physical Therapist (PT) license for the State of Colorado.
Certification: Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association (AHA) is strictly required.
Experience: Minimum of one (1) year of recent clinical experience as a Physical Therapist.
EMR Proficiency: Verifiable proficiency with the WebPT EMR system.
Traveler Status: Candidate must be a non-local traveler (typically residing more than 50 miles from the facility).

Key Responsibilities:
Patient Assessment: Perform appropriate physical therapy assessments on patients and observe treatment effects, recommending changes to physicians as needed.
Therapeutic Intervention: Select and implement appropriate therapeutic procedures to maintain, improve, and restore functional independence.
Specialized Care: Provide expert care for a diverse patient population with varied disorders, ensuring high standards of clinical precision.
Collaborative Practice: Work as part of a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to provide continuous and comprehensive medical care.
Documentation: Maintain accurate, real-time medical records via the WebPT system in compliance with facility and state regulations.

Important Assignment Notes:
Shift Structure: Standard schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, with the potential for 4x10-hour shifts if necessary.
Urgency: This is a Quick Start position requiring a high level of readiness and adaptability.
