Weekly Gross Pay: $2,506.00 ($1,260 Taxable + $1,246 Non-Taxable Stipends)

Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly professional and skilled Registered Respiratory Therapist for a 13-week travel assignment in Havre, MT. Under the supervision of the Director of Respiratory Therapy and the request of a physician, the RRT will be responsible for the setup and operation of various types of respiratory equipment used in the diagnosis and treatment of respiratory diseases and illnesses. This role requires a clinician who can provide expert care across diverse patient age groups with clinical precision.

Non-Negotiable Required Qualifications:
Please note: Candidates who do not meet 100% of the following criteria will not be considered for this role.
Licensure: Must hold and maintain an active Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) license in the state of Montana.
Education: Graduation from a Respiratory Care Technician program accredited by the Joint Review Committee for Respiratory Care Education, OR certification by the National Board of Respiratory Therapy (NBRT).
Academic Foundation: High School Diploma or G.E.D. is required.
Clinical Knowledge: Proven competency and knowledge relative to the specific age of patients serviced.
Traveler Status (Radius Rule): This facility will not accept in-state (Montana) travelers unless their permanent residence is more than 250 miles from the facility.

Key Responsibilities:
Equipment Operation: Set up and operate diverse respiratory therapy equipment for the treatment and diagnosis of respiratory conditions.
Clinical Execution: Execute physician-ordered treatments and diagnostic tests with accuracy and clinical oversight.
Patient Assessment: Monitor patient response to therapy and adjust care plans in collaboration with the medical team.
Age-Specific Care: Apply specialized knowledge to provide appropriate care for patients ranging from pediatric to geriatric populations.
Professional Standards: Maintain the level of work required for high-performance clinical care, ensuring all safety and regulatory standards are met.
