Weekly Gross Pay: $2,614.00 ($1,368 Taxable + $1,246 Non-Taxable Stipends)

Position Overview:
A Medical Center is seeking a highly professional and clinical ICU/PCU Registered Nurse for a 13-week travel assignment in Scottsbluff, NE. This role is designed for a high-performing clinician who can manage the complexities of both Intensive Care and Progressive Care patient populations. Candidates must be prepared to work in a facility that maintains rigorous performance standards and values clinical excellence, accountability, and proactive patient care.

Non-Negotiable Required Qualifications:
Please note: Candidates who do not meet 100% of the following criteria will not be considered for this role.
Experience: Recent 2years clinical experience in an ICU or PCU setting is required.
License: Active Nebraska (NE) RN License or a valid Compact/Multi-State License.
Certifications: Current BLS and ACLS certifications are mandatory.
Performance Expectation: Facility operates on a Low/Mid/High performer expectation model. Clinicians must consistently perform at the "High" level.
Zero Tolerance Policy: If it is determined that a traveler is not meeting performance expectations, the contract will be terminated immediately.
Adaptability: Proven ability to hit the ground running and work varied shifts, including days and nights, as dictated by unit needs.

Key Responsibilities:
Critical Care Management: Deliver expert nursing care to high-acuity patients in the ICU and PCU, including hemodynamic monitoring and ventilator management.
Patient Assessment: Conduct continuous, thorough assessments of patient status, identifying and responding to subtle changes in clinical condition.
Medication Titration: Safely administer and titrate complex vasoactive drips and other life-sustaining medications.
Documentation: Maintain precise, real-time electronic medical records (EMR) in compliance with facility and regulatory standards.
Collaborative Leadership: Work effectively within a multidisciplinary team, providing clear communication to physicians and support to ancillary staff.

Important Assignment Notes:
Performance Monitoring: Clinicians are evaluated frequently against facility performance benchmarks.
Shift Flexibility: This position requires a high degree of flexibility to cover varied shifts, ensuring seamless coverage across the 24/7 care cycle.
Termination Clause: Immediate termination for non-performance to facility expectations is a non-negotiable term of this contract.
