Schedule: 36 hours per week | Night Shift (3x12-hour shifts)
Weekly Gross Pay: $2,056.00 ($756.00 Taxable + $1,300.00 Non-Taxable Stipends)

Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly professional and skilled Medical Laboratory Technician for a 13-week travel assignment in Morristown, VT. In this role, you will perform clinical laboratory analysis and report results in accordance with departmental procedures and regulations. This position requires a clinician who can ensure the highest standards of diagnostic accuracy while maintaining compliance with all state and federal healthcare policies.

Non-Negotiable Required Qualifications:
Please note: Candidates who do not meet 100% of the following criteria will not be considered for this role.
Certification: Must hold and maintain an active Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) certification (ASCP, AMT, or equivalent).
Licensure: Ability to meet Vermont state requirements for laboratory personnel.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of recent clinical experience as a Laboratory Technician.
Academic Foundation: High School Diploma or G.E.D. is required.
Technical Skillset: Proven proficiency in phlebotomy and the ability to correlate laboratory results with clinical findings.

Key Responsibilities:
Clinical Analysis: Perform assigned laboratory analysis and report results accurately according to established procedures and department regulations.
Quality Control: Maintain stringent quality control standards and ensure all laboratory equipment is maintained per instructions and schedule.
Clinical Correlation: Review patient charts and consult with nursing and medical staff to correlate laboratory findings with clinical observations.
Ancillary Tasks: Perform receptionist and phlebotomist duties as needed to support laboratory operations and patient flow.
Regulatory Compliance: Adhere to all applicable State and Federal laws, regulations, and policies governing the provision of health care.
