Patient Population: Care for adults and geriatrics, with the ability to manage a wide range of diagnoses including post-operative recovery, chronic disease management, and acute infections.

Collaborative Care: Lead and work cooperatively with ancillary nursing staff (LPNs, CNAs) to maintain high professional standards.

Orientation: Facilities in Lawton are known for providing thorough orientations with seasoned preceptors for travelers, ensuring you are comfortable with the unit flow and Epic or Meditech charting systems.
