Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) – Home health
Location: Hermiston, OR
Duration: 13 Weeks

Job summary :
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for a 13-week Home Health assignment in Hermiston, OR. The RN will provide direct patient care in home and community settings, including patient assessments, care planning, medication administration, and patient education. The role requires strong clinical judgment and the ability to work independently while coordinating care with physicians and interdisciplinary teams.
Required Skills:
Applicants should have three or more years of nursing experience and the ability to come in and work with minimal direction or supervision.
