☀️ Schedule: Day Shift | 40 Hours Guaranteed
📍 Location: Delta, CO (Near Grand Junction and Montrose)
🏥 Setting: Community Hospital / Rehabilitation Services
🩺 Role Highlights
Full-Spectrum Care: Assess, evaluate, and treat a diverse patient population ranging from pediatric to geriatric.
Comprehensive Modalities: Utilize manual exercises, traction, hydrotherapy, ultrasound, and physical agents (UV/Infrared) to improve functional ability.
Prosthetics & Orthotics: Evaluate the fit of assistive devices and recommend necessary adjustments or modifications.
Discharge Planning: Lead the transition of care by designing home exercise programs (HEPs) and coordinating with social workers, physicians, and families.
Staff Development: Contribute to the growth of the rehab team by conducting in-service training and providing guidance to therapy aides and assistants.
📋 Mandatory Requirements
Licensure: Active Colorado Physical Therapy License (DORA).
Certification: Current BLS (AHA).
Clinical Knowledge: Deep understanding of diagnosis, treatment, and rehab for both physical and mental dysfunctions.
Communication: Exceptional command of English for documentation and patient/family education.
Soft Skills: Knowledge of human behavior, motivation, and "customer-first" service standards.
