This 13-week contract is perfect for a self-sufficient RT. Because you'll be working a "3-on, 4-off / 3-on, 1-off" rotating day schedule, you’ll have significant blocks of time to explore the rugged beauty of Southwest Montana.

✨ Financial Breakdown (Weekly)
Taxable Pay: $1,080.00

Non-Taxable Stipends: $1,246.00

Total Gross Weekly: $2,326.00

✨ Assignment Overview
📅 Duration: 13 Weeks | Start Date: ASAP

☀️ Shift: Days | 12-Hour Shifts

⚖️ Guaranteed Hours: 36 Hours

🗓️ Unique Schedule: * Week 1: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday

Week 2: Friday, Saturday, Sunday

📍 Location: Anaconda, MT

🩺 Role Highlights
Critical Access Autonomy: Manage a broad range of respiratory care including emergency interventions, inpatient treatments, and potentially some outpatient diagnostics.

Compliance Ready: Must arrive with a full deck of credentials: PALS, NRP, BLS, and ACLS.

Tech Stack: Epic EMR experience is highly preferred for seamless documentation.

Experience: Minimum of 2 years of recent clinical experience required to hit the ground running in this independent environment.

📋 Licensure & Compliance
Montana License: Active Montana RCP license required.

Note: Initial licensure in MT typically costs ~$100. If you are applying now, the board generally processes complete applications within 10–15 business days.

Credentials: NBRC (RRT or CRT) certificate copy will be required for the state application.
