📅 Duration: 13 Weeks | Start Date: 3/16/2026
🌙 Shift: Mondays and Tuesdays ONLY (6:00 PM – 6:00 AM)
⚖️ Guaranteed Hours: 24 Hours
📍 Location: Fairfield, IA (Jefferson County Health Center)
📝 Note: First-day instructions are strictly withheld until the 100% complete health/compliance checklist is cleared.

Emergency Intervention: Plan and provide total patient care using the nursing process (assess, plan, implement, evaluate) in a fast-paced ER.
Clinical Leadership: Direct and guide patient teaching and oversee ancillary personnel while maintaining professional nursing standards.
Wide Scope: Treat a variety of emergency cases common to a community hospital setting, requiring sharp critical thinking and rapid response.
📋 Mandatory Qualifications
Licensure: Active Iowa (IA) or Compact/Multi-State RN License.
Certifications: BCLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC are all strictly required.
Mandatory Reporter: Must have Iowa Mandatory Reporter Certificates (Child & Dependent Adult Abuse). If you don't have these, the facility will add them to your pre-start learning modules.
Experience: Experience is preferred, but the facility is open to reviewing strong candidates with a solid clinical foundation.
✅ Compliance & Health "Must-Haves"
Deadline: Proof of all items must be submitted 5 business days prior to 3/16/2026.
Physical & Drug Screen: Dated within 1 year and 1 month of start, respectively.
Respiratory Fit Test: Required (JCHC can provide if you don't have a current one).
Immunizations: Full records for MMR, Varicella, Polio, Hep B, TDaP, and Flu.
Background: Comprehensive 7-year history and OIG/GSA checks.
