🌙 Shift: Nights (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) | 36 Hours Guaranteed

📍 Location: Washington, IA (Washington County Hospital and Clinics)

🏥 Unit: Medical-Surgical (Adult)

🩺 Role Highlights
Advanced EMR: WCHC successfully transitioned to Epic (hosted through UI Health Care) in late 2023. You will be using one of the most robust charting systems in the industry.

Acuity & Ratios: As a Critical Access facility, you will see a mix of acute medical patients and post-surgical recoveries. Ratios are typically traveler-friendly compared to large metro hospitals.

📋 Mandatory Requirements
Licensure: Active Iowa or Compact RN License.

Iowa is part of the eNLC; if your primary state of residence is a compact state, you are ready to go.

Certifications: Current AHA BLS and ACLS.

Experience: Minimum of 1–2 years of Med-Surg experience.
