Develop and implement clinical education programs aligned with accreditation standards
Lead training initiatives for inpatient & outpatient oncology staff
Coordinate annual skills days and ongoing competency programs
Co-facilitate Chemotherapy & Immunotherapy courses
Support onboarding, orientation, and learning management systems
Maintain expertise in oncology infusion practices
✅ What You Bring
Active RN License (Colorado)
Oncology experience REQUIRED
Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (or equivalent experience)
BLS Certification
OCN preferred
Strong leadership, teaching, and communication skills
